Korean peanuts



Traditionally a side dish in Korea, but can be prepared as well as a stand alone snack:

Ingredients:

Must haves:

raw peanuts (the cheap-o version, not roasted/in their skins) about 200g

sugar (3 spoons)

soy sauce (4 spoons)

1 cup of water

Procedure:

Simply bring to boil water with sugar and soy sauce, add the peanuts and boil until the water evaporates and the sauce becomes sirup-y consistency.
