Bread Pudding


Russians call it "all glued together" (in Russian) and translate it to "pizza" but my Italianness describes it as "Russian-take-on-a-savoury-version-of-the-British-bread-and-butter-puddingN".


Ingredients:

Must haves:

egg

milk

bread

oil

Nice to have:

canned tomato

cheese

herbs

or anything else that is left over

Procedure:

fry the bread in oil. Mix milk and egg (it must be quite liquid). Then add this to the cooked bread as it starts to glue together add your nice to haves.
